Vote in the September 15th Primary Election or the November 3rd General Election through the mail or in person.
All eligible registered Delaware voters were sent a mail ballot application by the Department of Elections on July 17th.
You can also request a ballot online. If you request a ballot online, it will be sent to you on or around August 17th.
Ballots can be returned by mail or by hand delivery to the Department of Elections until the Primary Election polls close September 15th.
Mail-in voting has been expanded for safety during the pandemic, but in-person voting on September 15th will still be available. Polls will be open 7 AM to 8 PM; follow all safety guidelines including wearing a mask and social distancing.
